Hijri-native operations for Islamic schools.
One platform for the school office. Hijri-native data layer. Bilingual English / Arabic. Ramadan, Eid, and Jummah-aware scheduling. From a single ISLA-member academy to a global Islamic school network.
What makes this community underserved.
Hijri calendar bolted on, not native
Most US K-12 vendors don't handle Hijri at all. The few that do treat it as a display layer over Gregorian dates — which breaks term boundaries, report cards, and decision letters during Ramadan and Eid weeks.
Bilingual decision letters are manual
Acceptance letters, financial aid offers, and report cards need Arabic + English. Most platforms produce English-only PDFs; bilingual versions are hand-built every cycle.
Ramadan modes don't exist
Shortened school days during Ramadan, Jummah half-days, Eid breaks — every Islamic school reconfigures these manually every year because no platform treats them as scheduling primitives.
Vendor stack same problem
SIS + tuition + lunch + camp + admissions on five vendors. The integration burden is brutal for a 200-student school with one office manager.
Structural alignment with this community.
Hijri-native data layer
Term boundaries, Ramadan / Eid / Jummah modes, Hijri-Gregorian dual display — first-class data-model concepts. Not a translation layer; built into the calendar engine itself.
Bilingual decision letters
Acceptance letters, financial aid offers, report cards — generated in English and Arabic from the same record. No double-keying.
Zero family transaction fees
School-owned Stripe Connect routes tuition family → school bank. Zero platform fees on tuition — relief for tuition-sensitive Islamic school families.
Network tier for Islamic school associations
Network tier from $24K/yr serves ISLA regionals, global Islamic school networks, and Saudi multi-campus operators. One deployment, multi-campus schools.
AFAQY-ready transport (Saudi schools)
AFAQY transportation integration in the roadmap — wires the dominant Saudi school-bus system into admissions, tuition, and one parent record.
Auxiliary programs become a revenue source.
When camp, after-school, enrichment, and the school store run natively on the same platform as tuition — the school keeps the program markup as revenue. Versus subsidizing third-party vendors who keep that margin themselves.
Typical net margin on a 100-camper summer program when run in-house through the platform vs paying a camp vendor.
Typical net on a 300-student school running after-school care + term-based classes (chess, robotics, music, sports) internally.
Typical margin on uniforms, spirit wear, and fundraising merchandise when sold through the school store vs. handing it to a uniform vendor.

Tier fit for this community.
Academy tier ($8,000/yr + $25/student) fits ISLA-member academies and standalone Islamic schools. Network tier from $24,000/yr serves ISLA regionals and global Islamic school networks. Operate Standard / Enterprise covers managed services for Saudi schools and emerging-market deployments.
Economics: A 300-student Islamic school replacing legacy SIS + tuition + point vendors typically saves $70-130K/year. On a 15-school ISLA regional, the network tier saves $200-350K/year — capacity that goes back into Quran programs, hifz instruction, and Arabic curriculum.

What schools in this community ask first.
How long does implementation take?
4-8 weeks for Foundation and Academy tiers. We work alongside your office during the school year — no "go-live cliff" required. Network deployments take 8-12 weeks depending on org count.
Can we keep our existing classroom (Google Classroom / MS Teams)?
Yes. Bring Your Own Classroom federates Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace identity. Course rosters sync from Edumagined to your classroom; teachers keep their lesson plans and tools.
What about data migration from our current vendor?
Standard migration covers student records, enrollment history, parent contacts, and active tuition balances. Historical transcripts and financial-year data carry over as part of the Academy and Network setup packages. Operate Standard covers the full migration workflow if you’d prefer we own it.
Do we have to use every module?
No. Start with the core (SIS + Admissions + Tuition) and add operations modules (transport, lunch, library, front desk) as you’re ready. Subscription scales by enrolled modules.
What if we’re part of a network or association?
Network tier from $24K/year covers unlimited orgs under one umbrella — diocesan, ACSI / ISLA regional, CMO, or Christian school association. Single deployment, isolated data per org, consolidated reporting at the network head office.
