For Christian K-12

Built for ACSI, classical, and evangelical Christian schools.

One platform for the school office. Zero family transaction fees on tuition. Network tier for Christian school associations and multi-campus ministries.

The problem

What makes this community underserved.

Tuition fees eating tithe-funded budgets

Most Christian schools pay 2-4% to FACTS or Blackbaud on every tuition dollar — a tax that compounds against tithe-supported, sacrificial-giving budgets.

Five-plus-vendor stack

SIS + tuition + lunch + camp + library + admissions — each vendor a separate invoice and a separate parent login. Most Christian schools cannot afford a full-time admin to manage the integration burden.

Faith calendar treated as cosmetic

Advent, Lent, Holy Week, missions trips, chapel — first-class to the school but bolted onto vendor calendars as text labels rather than calendar primitives.

Associations get no leverage

ACSI and classical school networks deploy school-by-school. No discount for the association; no shared admin surface; no consolidated reporting for the head office.

Why Edumagined fits

Structural alignment with this community.

Zero family transaction fees

School-owned Stripe Connect routes tuition family → school bank account. Zero platform fees. On a 300-family school, that's often $80K-$135K/year back in the ministry budget.

One family record

Sibling discounts, multi-child enrollment, financial aid, scholarship tracking — all on one record. Eliminates the spreadsheet that every business manager maintains in parallel.

Network tier for associations

Network tier from $24K/yr serves multi-campus operators. An ACSI regional network of 25 schools pays once, not 25 times.

Faith calendar primitives

Liturgical year, Advent / Lent / Holy Week, missions trips, chapel schedules — first-class data-model concepts, not text labels on a generic calendar.

Aligned with ministry, not against it

No doctrinal conflict in software design choices. Faith-friendly by default — built by a school operator who runs a faith-based school.

Revenue, not cost center

Auxiliary programs become a revenue source.

When camp, after-school, enrichment, and the school store run natively on the same platform as tuition — the school keeps the program markup as revenue. Versus subsidizing third-party vendors who keep that margin themselves.

Combined upside
$90–260K / year recovered from third-party vendors
Plus zero family transaction fees on tuition.
Pricing

Tier fit for this community.

Foundation tier ($3,000/yr + $15/student) fits parish-affiliated K-8s. Academy tier ($8,000/yr + $25/student) fits independent Christian academies. Network tier from $24,000/yr serves ACSI regionals, classical school networks, and multi-campus ministries.

Economics: A 300-student Christian school replacing FACTS + Blackbaud Tuition + 4 point vendors typically saves $80-150K/year — money that flows back into teacher salaries, financial aid, and ministry programs. On an multi-campus ACSI school of 20 schools, the network tier saves $250-400K/year across the association.

Common questions

What schools in this community ask first.

How long does implementation take?

4-8 weeks for Foundation and Academy tiers. We work alongside your office during the school year — no "go-live cliff" required. Network deployments take 8-12 weeks depending on org count.

Can we keep our existing classroom (Google Classroom / MS Teams)?

Yes. Bring Your Own Classroom federates Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace identity. Course rosters sync from Edumagined to your classroom; teachers keep their lesson plans and tools.

What about data migration from our current vendor?

Standard migration covers student records, enrollment history, parent contacts, and active tuition balances. Historical transcripts and financial-year data carry over as part of the Academy and Network setup packages. Operate Standard covers the full migration workflow if you’d prefer we own it.

Do we have to use every module?

No. Start with the core (SIS + Admissions + Tuition) and add operations modules (transport, lunch, library, front desk) as you’re ready. Subscription scales by enrolled modules.

What if we’re part of a network or association?

Network tier from $24K/year covers unlimited orgs under one umbrella — diocesan, ACSI / ISLA regional, CMO, or Christian school association. Single deployment, isolated data per org, consolidated reporting at the network head office.
